We use USPS to deliver orders within the United States and Canada. All orders are issued a tracking number.  We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Processing and Delivery Time:

It usually takes 2 business days or 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team, (Monday – Friday). 

Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. 

After your order has been shipped, standard USPS delivery time, (excluding processing time), within the United States is 2-5 business days depending on where the package is being sent to and 7 - 21 business days Canada. 

Please keep in mind that during the holidays or restocks, this time may vary and may be delayed further.

You further understand that product availability may be limited and may not be available for immediate delivery, in which case the products will be delivered when they become available.

Notice of Risk Loss:

MG Moroccan Gold is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation delays or strikes, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their Canadian shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. 

MG Moroccan Gold shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery within the United States.  All items purchased from the Website are delivered to USPS carrier for shipping.  Title to the products in your order is transferred from MG Moroccan Gold to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from MG Moroccan Gold to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available below.
